About Our Director – Sartaj Singh
Sartaj Singh is the Director and Founder of Drake Immigration, bringing a wealth of personal experience and professional expertise to his role. Arriving in Canada in 1999 as an international student, Sartaj experienced firsthand the complexities of the immigration system. His own journey to Canadian citizenship in the early 2000s equipe him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers, making him passionate about helping others navigate the same path.
In 2019, Sartaj became a Regulated Immigration Consultant (RIC), marking the official start of his career in immigration consulting. Sartaj has always had a successful career in business and he has been the owner of several well-known franchise businesses, including Esso Gas Stations, Tim Hortons, Booster Juice smoothie bars, Harvey’s, and Swiss Chalet. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Marketing at St. George College for Business and Language. While his business ventures brought him success, Sartaj ultimately found his true calling in immigration consulting, where he discovered a deeper sense of purpose in helping others navigate Canada’s complex immigration processes.
Sartaj earned further certification with the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), which allows him to represent clients in a range of immigration matters, including refugee claims, appeals, detention reviews, and cases involving permanent residency or removal orders. This certification further enhances his ability to support clients through complex immigration challenges.
Having been an international student himself, Sartaj deeply understands the struggles that many face in making Canada their home. His approach is grounded in empathy and personalized advice, always aiming to provide clear, actionable guidance to his clients.
With a focus on integrity and professionalism, Sartaj’s mission is to empower his clients by offering them the support they need to make informed decisions and successfully navigate the immigration system.
When he’s not helping clients, Sartaj enjoys staying active. You can find him working out and spending quality time with his family watching movies.
